The objective of the training is for participants to be able to identify the various types and forms of violence perpetrated against women, within the legal framework that protects women's human rights and seeks to eradicate violence against them, and how this is necessary to create a world free of discrimination.

Speaker
Vanessa Peñaloza Arellano, Bachelor of Laws
She has eight years of experience in social security and corporate labor law, as well as in training and personnel management. She is a legal advisor to the Chamber of the Construction Industry (CMIC), a trainer at the Construction Industry Training Institute (ICIC), and a member of the social security and labor law committee of the National Association of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE). She has experience in gender training, primarily within the corporate sector. She is the founder of "Sustancial," which provides inclusive legal and training services.
