About the event

Objective: The objective of the training is to provide a safe space to discuss issues related to gender and socio-political roles that are triggered and replicated in work and educational spaces that promote inequality and legitimize violence based on this, with the aim of eradicating discrimination in work environments to create safe work spaces for all people.

Speaker

Jessica Peña

An education professional focused on inclusion, diversity, and educational policy. She has experience as a workshop facilitator and coordinator of inclusive policies in educational settings, school management and administration, and the direction, coordination, design, and administration of educational projects and programs. She is experienced in providing training on gender issues and offering pedagogical support to children, youth, and families using non-adult-centric models. She also has philosophical training from the Center for Autonomous Creation in Philosophical Practices (CECAPFI) and a degree in pedagogy from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She is the director and founder of NEKI: Autonomous Agency for Inclusive Educational Services.
