Aim

The objective of the training is for participants to be able to distinguish between formal equality and substantive equality. The training will provide us with the practical tools to understand what the gender perspective is and, under that approach, understand the challenges that women face on a daily basis.

Speaker

Michelle Roman, a graduate in Law

Lawyer specializing in tax law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

She participated as a researcher in the project “Legal treatment of biological samples in the Mexican legal system” at the National Institute of Genomic Medicine.

She has more than 7 years of experience as an instructor in various departments such as the Tax Administration Service where she obtained the "Trainer of Instructors" certification from CONOCER.

She currently practices law in various areas, always with a human focus, and is a founding partner of “Sustancial. Deconstructive School,” where she also serves as a training speaker in various areas of knowledge focused on professional, personal, and gender development.
